The 4X4 TOUGH® Equaliser strap spreads the load applied to a vehicle chassis when used with bow shackles (bow shackles not included). The purpose of this is to minimise the potential for distortion of the chassis, when the vehicle is placed under extreme load during a recovery operation.

The Equaliser strap should never be used as a snatch strap or towing strap.

This product should only be used for private recreational purposes and is not designed for professional, trade or commercial purposes.

It is recommended the minimum breaking strength of the strap should be between 2 and 3 times the vehicle's Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM).
